Brand Manager – Dubai

About the role

HireStar Talent is looking for an analytical, growth‑oriented Brand Manager to lead category expansion and brand development in Dubai. The role focuses on designing multi‑channel marketing strategies, optimizing customer journeys, and driving high‑impact influencer partnerships to boost engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and launch integrated marketing campaigns, promotional programmes and influencer collaborations.
• Develop strategic category growth initiatives across digital and consumer touchpoints.
• Analyse consumer behavioural metrics to uncover untapped market opportunities and improve conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM and Commercial teams to refine customer‑retention workflows.
• Monitor performance indicators across active campaigns to maximise marketing ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience within the GCC region (UAE experience mandatory); experience in startups, FMCG or e‑commerce is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with CRM tracking systems, web/campaign analytics platforms, digital marketing performance tools and customer‑journey optimisation frameworks.
