Brand Manager – Fragrance & Perfume

About the role

Rasasi Perfumes is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to drive the growth of its fragrance portfolio in Dubai Industrial City. The role combines strategic brand planning, product launch execution, and cross‑functional collaboration to strengthen market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the positioning and overall direction of assigned fragrance brands.
• Lead new‑product launches, including concept creation, naming, storytelling, and launch planning.
• Prepare creative briefs and coordinate with agencies, designers, photographers, and content creators.
• Review marketing campaigns and creative assets before publication.
• Collaborate on social media, influencer marketing, PR, and digital campaigns.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and fragrance‑industry developments.
• Maintain brand consistency across packaging, retail materials, campaigns, and communications.
• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar position.
• Strong creative judgment and ability to manage brand portfolios independently.
• Excellent communication, planning, and project‑management skills.
• Experience in fragrance, beauty, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or FMCG is an advantage.
