Brand Operations Manager

About the role

The Brand Operations Manager will drive revenue growth and ensure consistent retail standards across all Apparel Group stores in Dubai. You will lead store teams, implement SOPs, and act as the brand’s representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and profitability metrics such as units per transaction, average transaction value, and sales per square foot while controlling shrinkage.
• Develop, implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and visual merchandising guidelines across all stores.
• Recruit, train and coach store staff on sales techniques, customer service and brand standards; conduct performance appraisals and succession planning.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage slow‑moving stock and collaborate with buyers and planners to maximize turnover.
• Oversee store design and new‑store projects, providing guidance to architects and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with loss‑prevention policies, legal responsibilities and brand participation in loyalty programs.

• Proven leadership experience in retail operations with a track record of meeting sales and profitability goals.
• Strong decision‑making and analytical skills to interpret operational data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and people‑development abilities to motivate teams and maintain brand standards.
