About the role
The Brand Representative is the face of the store, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the sales floor reflects the brand’s standards. This full‑time position is based in Abu Dhabi and is open exclusively to Emirati nationals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a high‑quality customer experience by anticipating and responding to shopper needs.
- Maintain store presentation and visual standards on the sales floor.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Implement asset protection and shrink‑prevention policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Support training and development initiatives for the team.
Required profile
- Emirati national.
- Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Adaptable, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
