About the role

The Brand Representative is the face of Abercrombie & Fitch in our Dubai store, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping environment. You will engage with shoppers, understand their needs, and help them find the perfect products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a high‑quality customer experience by anticipating and responding to shopper needs.
• Maintain store presentation standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting.
• Communicate product information clearly and confidently to drive sales.
• Follow asset protection and shrink policies to safeguard merchandise.
• Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve performance.
