Brand Specialist – Amazon Vendor Services

About the role

Are you a self‑starter with a passion for e‑commerce and a desire to shape how the biggest brands work with Amazon? As a Brand Specialist you will join the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) team, acting as the primary point of contact for top‑tier vendors and helping them grow on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end relationships with Tier 1 brands, partnering with internal retail, media and tech teams to define priorities and operational goals.
• Develop and execute joint business plans, promotional activities and marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion and availability.
• Audit performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous innovation across AVS in the MENA region.
• Support product selection, launch new items, improve discoverability and reduce operational costs for vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in key‑account management, project management or commercial roles with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
