About the role

This high‑upside, performance‑driven business development role focuses on dual‑track growth: acquiring premium B2B brand clients and scouting top‑tier creators and influencers for our exclusive talent roster.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and qualify prospective brand clients across target markets such as the UAE.
• Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email and networking to secure pitches and close monthly agency retainers.
• Map, scout and approach high‑potential creators, personalities and influencers aligned with the agency’s vision.
• Lead onboarding meetings for new talent and sales pitches for new brands, presenting customized agency capabilities alongside the founder.
• Maintain a clean, active pipeline of client opportunities and prospective talent additions.

Required profile

• Proactive hunter comfortable initiating conversations with cold leads, both brands and creators.
• Excellent persuasion, communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Deep familiarity with digital marketing, the creator economy, social media trends or wellness landscapes.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously with a proven track record of closing deals, partnerships or talent signings.
