Brow Designer / Brow Artist – Luxury Salon in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a talented Brow Designer / Brow Artist to join Loveena’s new luxury salon in Dubai. The role combines artistic eyebrow design with premium client consultation and sales, delivering Loveena’s exclusive, natural‑looking beauty protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalized beauty consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
• Present Loveena’s protocols and convert consultations into sales.
• Perform exclusive procedures such as Wild Brows, Lip Revitalization, Brow Lamination and Natural Lift following technical standards.
• Provide exceptional after‑care and ensure client retention.
• Represent the brand with elegance and professionalism.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brow design, brow lamination, micropigmentation or related natural enhancement techniques.
• Background serving premium clientele with high‑level customer service.
• Strong consultative sales ability and excellent communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, strategic mindset focused on client experience.
• Currently based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately.
