About the role
We are looking for a reliable Bus Attendant to ensure the safety and comfort of students during school transportation in Dubai. The role involves supporting the driver, supervising children, and maintaining a secure environment on board.
Key responsibilities
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus safely.
- Supervise children, ensuring they remain seated and are handed over to authorized guardians.
- Coordinate with the driver on safety procedures and route protocols.
- Check attendance, maintain passenger records, and report any incidents.
- Follow all safety and emergency protocols, including first‑aid measures.
- Keep the bus clean, orderly, and report any accidents or delays to the supervisor.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience as a bus attendant, school assistant, or caregiver is an advantage.
- Strong communication, responsibility, punctuality, and patience.
- Ability to follow safety instructions and handle emergencies calmly.
- First‑aid training or relevant UAE‑required training is advantageous.
