Bus Driver for Hotel Guest Transportation

About the role

Join a leading hotel within the Accor network as a Bus Driver, responsible for safely transporting colleagues between their accommodation and the hotel. You will play a key part in delivering a positive guest experience while supporting hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off staff and guests between accommodation and the hotel in a courteous manner.
• Operate and maintain the shuttle bus, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and refuel the vehicle as needed.
• Maintain the vehicle logbook, prepare trip, accident and incident reports.
• Coordinate with the Transportation Team Leader and other hotel departments.
• Address passenger complaints professionally and uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or high school certificate.
• 1–3 years of experience in a 4‑5 star hotel environment or UAE driving.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Familiarity with Dubai roads and local traffic regulations.
