Bus Driver Team Leader

About the role

Accor is looking for a professional Bus Driver Team Leader to join its transportation team at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee daily bus operations, ensure safety compliance, and motivate a team of drivers to deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of bus drivers, providing guidance, support and performance feedback.
• Coordinate daily bus operations, including route assignments, scheduling and route‑efficiency analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Address customer complaints, handle emergency situations and make quick, informed decisions.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for vehicle upkeep and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in bus operations or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Valid driver’s license; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
