Business Analyst – Airline E-Commerce

About the role

Asian Global Infotech is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive digital product delivery and enhance customer experience within the airline e‑commerce domain. The role involves gathering requirements, analysing processes, and supporting Agile delivery for airline booking and service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and manage business requirements for digital products.
• Create user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform business process modelling and workflow analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support Agile project activities and manage requirements throughout the development lifecycle using Azure DevOps.

Required profile

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in airline e‑commerce or travel domains.
• Strong understanding of airline booking processes, customer servicing and digital customer journeys.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai five days a week and relocate if currently outside the UAE.

Required skills

• Azure DevOps (or similar requirement and defect management tools).
• Agile methodology and user‑story creation.
