Business Analyst – Aviation

About the role

The Business Analyst – Aviation will lead the discovery, documentation and management of business and technical requirements for enterprise integration projects within Cognizant Consulting’s aviation practice. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role bridges stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with strategic and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project workstreams and deliver best‑in‑class processes and capabilities.
• Facilitate business workshops and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap and backlog for aviation solutions.
• Provide functional oversight for product delivery, collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Support account mining, business development initiatives and thought‑leadership activities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development.

Required profile

• Strong experience in the airline domain, preferably with mobile app development and airline booking engines.
• Demonstrated ability to work in agile, matrixed environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
