Business Analyst – CRM & SAP Integration

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join an international commodities trading company. The role focuses on bridging trading, risk management, and operations teams with our CRM and SAP ERP platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and insightful reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and formalize business requirements from trading, risk management, and operations teams.
• Configure and support CRM systems, integrating them with SAP ERP and other internal platforms.
• Design and maintain data exchange flows between CRM, SAP, and additional systems.
• Develop management reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Automate data extraction and processing from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with developers on integrations, APIs, and ETL processes.
• Prepare documentation, data flow diagrams, and user guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems and ERP integrations.
• Understanding of SAP architecture and integration principles.
• Strong Power BI and SQL capabilities.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency and advanced Russian.
• Experience working with international teams is a plus.
