Business Analyst & Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Business Analyst who will also act as an Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. Based in Dubai, you will combine data‑driven insights on website performance with high‑level administrative coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze website and platform traffic across organic, paid, social, email, direct and referral channels.
• Track lead flow, lead quality, acquisition costs and campaign efficiency.
• Build and maintain dashboards for traffic, revenue, conversions, sign‑ups and subscriptions, providing actionable recommendations.
• Identify user drop‑offs, segment users, map the full journey from acquisition to conversion and support A/B testing.
• Connect engagement data to revenue outcomes and present insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, agendas and travel logistics (including visas and accommodation).
• Handle confidential communications, reports, presentations and documentation with discretion.
• Organise internal and external events such as meetings, conferences and off‑sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in web, digital, growth or business analytics.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and high level of confidentiality.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations and Technology teams.

Required skills

• Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, charts).
• Dashboarding and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio).
• Understanding of funnels, user segmentation and behavior analysis.
