Business Analyst - IT Projects

About the role

The Business Analyst – IT Projects will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the IT department at Transguard Group’s headquarters in Dubai Airport Freezone. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, support the delivery of IT solutions and help drive process improvements across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes, workflows and systems to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document and prioritise functional and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and requirement‑gathering sessions.
• Work with internal and external developers to ensure solutions meet specifications, are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and collect feedback to validate solutions.
• Provide training, user support and documentation for new or enhanced IT applications.
• Develop business and functional requirement documents, user stories, use cases and related artefacts.
• Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments and risk analyses for proposed solutions.

• Detail‑oriented and capable of producing clear, structured documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
