Business Analyst – UAE National, Supply Chain

About the role

Amazon’s Supply Chain team in the Africa, Middle East & Turkey region is seeking a UAE national Business Analyst to manage capacity operations. The role combines data‑driven analysis with business insight to support fast‑moving, customer‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Write ETL queries in SQL/Datanet platforms to extract and transform data.
• Use advanced MS Excel to aggregate data from multiple sources into actionable formats.
• Design and enhance metrics that support future business processes and sustainability.
• Analyze root causes of business problems and propose forward‑looking opportunities.
• Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders both verbally and in writing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of SQL/ETL and advanced Excel.
• Experience with data‑analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
• Ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
