Business Analyst - Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Wealth Management. The candidate will act as a bridge between Business, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, support project delivery, and drive enhancements across Wealth Management platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders.
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, Process Flows, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
• Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business requirements into functional and system requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions.

Required profile

• Experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Wealth Management.
• Strong knowledge of Bonds, Mutual Funds, Equities, Structured Products, Margin Lending, and Wealth Operations.
