Business Architect Expert

About the role

The Business Architect Expert will lead digital transformation initiatives by converting strategic objectives into concrete business architecture and use‑case implementations. The role creates end‑to‑end capability journeys, designs both conceptual and logical architectures, and oversees the complete requirements lifecycle from gathering to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Enable and deliver digital use cases across the organization.
• Develop business capability journeys and map end‑to‑end processes.
• Design conceptual and logical business architecture in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Manage the full requirements lifecycle, including analysis, design, sign‑off and delivery.
• Design and map business processes, procedures and user journeys.
• Articulate benefits, financial value and ensure realization of outcomes.
• Maintain governance, standards and compliance frameworks.
• Engage stakeholders and drive change management activities.
• Support health, safety, security and business continuity planning.
• Create and maintain architecture artefacts such as design documents, reference models and principles.
• Conduct business analysis, stakeholder analysis, gap assessment and user‑story design.
• Build financial models for digital initiatives and provide financial insights.
• Contribute to strategic planning and identify innovation opportunities.
• Oversee adoption of use cases and manage transition to new digital solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business architecture and digital transformation.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable architecture and capability journeys.
• Strong background in full‑cycle requirements management and business analysis.
• Experience developing financial models and delivering business value.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and change‑management skills.
• Knowledge of governance, standards, compliance and quality management.
• Capability to work across multiple functions and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
