Business Assurance & Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Analyst Business Assurance and Reporting will support the compliance investigations team by gathering and analysing evidence of potential breaches, delivering training and awareness sessions, and preparing clear reports on investigation outcomes. The role also contributes to the Business Integrity & Assurance function, helping to embed a culture of ethics, compliance and sustainability across ADNOC Group.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse evidence related to potential compliance breaches, ensuring thorough and accurate findings.
• Deliver compliance training and awareness sessions to strengthen organisational understanding of investigations.
• Prepare reports and presentations that communicate investigation outcomes to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records for all investigations, supporting accountability and transparency.
• Contribute to ethics and compliance initiatives such as speak‑up campaigns and whistleblowing programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies, processes, standards and internal controls.
• Support budget development, KPI tracking and performance management for the Ethics & Compliance function.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal advisors and external law firms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law, accounting, business, investigations or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an international law firm, Big 4 forensic/investigations practice, or an in‑house legal/compliance department, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of applicable legislation, regulations and international best practices.
• Ability to contribute to policy development, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
