Business Compliance Manager (Crypto)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to join its Crypto Compliance team in the United Arab Emirates. In this hands‑on, first‑line position you will partner with Product, Technology and Growth teams to ensure crypto‑related features are launched, scaled and communicated in line with evolving regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise product, tech and growth squads on crypto and consumer regulations, including financial promotions regime and consumer protection requirements.
• Oversee compliance for yield, DeFi and derivative products and maintain relevant frameworks.
• Support new product approvals, launches and roll‑outs for crypto features.
• Review and approve customer communications and marketing materials.
• Own post‑launch product reviews, ensuring regulatory decisions are documented and defensible.
• Translate evolving regulations into actionable, product‑ready requirements.
• Conduct horizon‑scanning and support BAU compliance activities such as KRIs, BCIs and fair‑value indicators.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in compliance, preferably within crypto or fintech.
• Deep understanding of crypto regulations, financial promotions regime and consumer protection rules.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering and growth teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
