Business Compliance Manager – Wealth & Trading

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Business Compliance Manager to advise, challenge and oversee compliance risks across its investment and trading products within private banking. You will enable innovation while ensuring alignment with global regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve new initiatives and entity expansions.
• Provide strategic guidance to Product, Operations and Marketing teams on building compliant, pragmatic solutions.
• Oversee entities distributing private‑banking propositions, including product reviews, complaints handling, conduct of Private Bankers and adherence to internal policies.
• Review and approve financial promotions and client communications.
• Develop and update global private‑banking control frameworks covering conduct, sales quality standards, financial promotions, product governance and related areas to enable safe business growth.

Required profile

• Experience in regulatory change management with a proven track record of assessing regulatory impact.
• Familiarity with end‑to‑end policy, procedure and control design.
• Experience approving financial promotions and client communications in regulated environments.
• Expertise in product governance and conduct, including complaints, conflicts of interest, cost disclosures and vulnerable client frameworks.
• In‑depth knowledge of MiFID.
