Business Developer (VIE) – Dubai

About the role

The VIE Business Developer will support CMA CGM’s non‑maritime product portfolio in Dubai, ensuring commercial performance exceeds corporate targets. You will work closely with both outside and inside sales teams to drive sales of e‑commerce, value‑added services, intermodal and CEVA solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the sale of non‑maritime products as a subject‑matter expert.
• Train and equip sales teams to effectively sell these products.
• Identify and develop commercial market opportunities together with the sales team.
• Conduct commercial visits and calls to support negotiations.
• Coordinate commercial policy between headquarters, regional offices and sales offices, reporting pricing and execution issues.
• Drive strategy and selling initiatives for non‑maritime offerings.

Required profile

• Age 18‑28 and a national of the European Economic Area, in line with VIE regulations.
• Post‑graduate degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics or Transport.
• First experience in business development, sales, shipping, logistics or performance management.
• Customer‑oriented with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
