Business Development Associate – Dubai

About the role

The Business Development Associate will join AQR’s EMEA Business Development team in Dubai, supporting senior staff in building and deepening relationships with institutional and private‑wealth investors across Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior Business Development members in managing and expanding investor relationships.
• Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of AQR’s products, asset classes and investment strategies.
• Update marketing materials, coordinate distribution of white papers, webinars and analytical content.
• Prepare high‑quality responses to Requests for Proposals, Information Requests and Due‑Diligence questionnaires.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to create and refresh presentation decks.
• Serve as primary contact for existing investors, coordinating firm‑wide resources to answer inquiries.
• Organise client meetings, conference calls and sustainability‑related projects.

Required profile

• Strong interest in finance and investment products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Team player who can coordinate across multiple internal departments.
