Business Development Engineer – HVAC/MEP/Chiller Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Engineer to drive new sales of chiller, HVAC and cooling solutions across the UAE. This hunter‑style, field‑based position focuses on generating leads, managing RFQs and tenders, and converting opportunities into profitable orders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for chiller and HVAC solutions across the UAE.
• Build and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and facility owners.
• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline through networking, market outreach and referrals.
• Work closely with engineering teams to create technical and commercial proposals, tender submissions and RFQ responses.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage opportunities from lead generation to contract award.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline updates.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of HVAC, chiller or cooling equipment sales experience in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven track record in new business development and consultative technical sales.
• Established relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers or facility owners.
• UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Mechanical Engineering degree preferred, but strong sales experience also considered.
