Business Development Engineer – UAE

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Engineer to drive growth in intralogistics automation and material handling across the MENA region, based in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage project and solution sales to achieve growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key accounts, understanding their operational needs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate client requirements into appropriate technical solutions.
• Support the territory’s marketing strategy and provide clear, professional reporting to management.

Required profile

• Engineering or scientific degree (Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or Logistics).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales or business development, preferably in project sales, intralogistics or industrial automation.
• Proven experience working in the MENA region.
• Commercial or business management exposure and ability to work in a solutions‑based environment.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of CAD/design software.
