Business Development Execution Manager

About the role

ADNOC Logistics & Services is seeking a Business Development Execution Manager to lead the origination and execution of investment activities across shipping, offshore and related infrastructure. The role will drive growth initiatives that align with the company’s strategic agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including expansion into new geographies and sectors.
• Collaborate with internal divisions such as finance, shipping, marine services and offshore to shape integrated value propositions.
• Conduct in‑depth opportunity analysis, valuation and business case modelling, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through due‑diligence, analysis and presentation of findings to senior management.
• Prepare memoranda, presentations and detailed financial analyses for investment decisions.
• Compile periodic reports on opportunity pipelines, expansion plans and partnership status.
• Coordinate bid preparation activities, gathering required documentation and ensuring alignment with RFP requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, investment analysis or related fields within the maritime, shipping or offshore sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop robust financial models and business cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
• Leadership experience in guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex projects.
