Business Development Executive – Corporate Gifting

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for Noha Selections by targeting corporate, government and hospitality clients across the UAE. Based in Dubai, you will identify new opportunities, present customised gifting solutions and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate and institutional clients.
• Conduct market research, generate leads and prepare tailored proposals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts and pricing while protecting profit margins.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product sourcing, customization and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships, follow up on enquiries and attend networking events.
• Contribute to sales forecasts and growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to approach and win corporate clients across sectors such as HR, procurement, marketing and hospitality.
• Experience arranging client meetings, showroom presentations and delivering customised gifting solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on protecting margins.
• Track record of achieving monthly sales and business‑development targets.
• Ability to maintain accurate CRM records of enquiries, quotations and sales.
• Professional representation of the brand at meetings, exhibitions and networking events.
