Business Development Executive – Dubai

About the role

Smartfast Business Services is seeking a motivated and results‑driven female Business Development Executive to join its growing team in Dubai Investment Park. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building long‑term client relationships and achieving monthly development targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings and business presentations.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or business development (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated with a target‑driven approach.
• Strong client relationship management and follow‑up skills.
• UAE work experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
