Business Development Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Dubai‑based financial services firm that provides working capital solutions to SMEs across the UAE. As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for opening doors with restaurant owners, retailers and other growing businesses, turning interest into closed deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach SME owners throughout Dubai.
• Run outbound prospecting activities – cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, referrals and face‑to‑face meetings – to build a personal pipeline.
• Qualify leads, present the financing product and negotiate contracts.
• Close deals and manage client relationships from day one, expanding the customer base.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of B2B sales or business development experience (any sector such as FMCG, telco, fintech, banking, insurance, logistics).
• Self‑starter who generates their own pipeline without waiting for leads.
• Confident communicator able to secure meetings and drive conversations.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate with the right to work in the UAE.
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong plus.
