Business Development Executive

About the role

Cheval, a Dubai‑based web design, development and AI automation agency, is expanding its AI services portfolio. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to create and manage a sales pipeline from scratch, turning leads into closed deals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients.
• Close deals with senior/founder support on complex or high‑value pitches.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Own pipeline tracking, reporting and forecasting.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in a digital, web or creative agency.
• Comfortable discussing website, app and digital product development without needing to code.
• Basic conceptual understanding of AI agents and workflow automation and ability to explain them to non‑technical decision‑makers.
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to frame services around client outcomes.
• Self‑starter with long‑term ambition to grow within the agency.
• Experience in the UAE market is preferred; bilingual English/Arabic is a plus.
