Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth of Cozmo Travel’s corporate car‑rental portfolio across the UAE. You will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships and deliver tailored fleet solutions to multinational, SME and government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for short‑term, long‑term and LTR vehicle rentals.
• Approach MNCs, SMEs, government entities, hotels and other prospects to generate corporate fleet sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business and contract renewals.
• Prepare and present customised rental and fleet proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and monitor competitor activity.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure timely vehicle delivery and high‑quality service.
• Record all sales activities, quotations and contracts in the CRM system.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions and business meetings to promote company services.
• Produce regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of sales experience in car‑rental, fleet leasing, automotive or B2B environments.
• Valid driving licence.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work both independently and within a team.
