Business Development Executive

About the role

ZSR Middle East is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth within the luxury real estate market in Abu Dhabi. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and focuses on generating new opportunities, managing high‑value client relationships, and supporting the company’s strategic expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the high‑end property sector, building a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conduct market research, attend client meetings and property viewings, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and enhance client experience.
• Manage key accounts, track performance metrics, and contribute to strategic initiatives that raise ZSR’s market presence.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate new business and leads within luxury real estate.
• Strong business acumen focused on real‑estate investments and market opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client‑relationship management skills.
• Experience in account management with a track record of retaining and growing high‑value portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field is advantageous; fluency in English required, Arabic a plus.
