About the role

Ventures Middle East is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand its market presence in the construction and infrastructure sectors in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand market presence.
• Conduct market research to spot industry trends, competitor activities, and growth areas.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
• Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs in the construction sector.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and other business software.
• Proactive, analytical, and able to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
