Business Development Executive

About the role

PLECO Cleaning Services LLC is seeking a full‑time Business Development Executive to work on‑site in Dubai. You will identify new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline and generate leads across hospitality, healthcare, education and commercial real‑estate sectors in the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts, nurturing long‑term client relationships.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and after‑sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within facilities management, surface protection or building materials in the MENA region.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with strong analytical, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
