Business Development Executive – MENA (Dubai)

About the role

Valtech is seeking a Business Development Executive to accelerate growth across the MENA region, with a primary focus on the UAE. Based in Dubai, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise clients through digital transformation journeys that span strategy, design, technology, data and AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Valtech as a go‑to‑market leader and consultative sales partner in MENA.
• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy aimed at acquiring net new clients across key sectors such as Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Financial Services and the Public Sector.
• Own the full end‑to‑end sales cycle, from lead identification to closing qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to convert unqualified leads into qualified opportunities.
• Work closely with global subject‑matter experts and delivery centers to shape compelling propositions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultancy environments, both B2B and B2C.
• Ability to identify business challenges and position digital solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• Strong advisory mindset, capable of guiding clients through complex transformation journeys.
