Business Development Executive – MENA

About the role

Valtech is seeking a Business Development Executive to accelerate growth across the MENA region, primarily focusing on the UAE. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise clients through digital transformation journeys that span strategy, design, data, and AI-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Valtech as a go‑to‑market leader and consultative sales partner in MENA.
• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy to acquire new enterprise clients across Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Financial Services, Public Sector and other key industries.
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution design, pitching and closing.
• Leverage existing networks and partner referrals, and collaborate with regional marketing, demand generation and strategic technology partners such as Optimizely, Sitecore and Google.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline activity using Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Proven business development or sales experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.
• Track record of selling complex, multi‑year digital experience, strategy, data and technology engagements.
• Existing network of enterprise decision‑makers in MENA, especially C‑level contacts.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and ability to influence senior executives.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
