Business Development Executive – Spare Parts (B2B)

About the role

WhizzHR is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales of spare parts and industrial solutions across international markets. You will generate leads, engage customers, and build a robust sales pipeline for sectors such as construction, mining, and power generation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential B2B customers in target markets.
• Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting, including cold calling.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Reactivate inactive customers and maintain regular contact with existing accounts.
• Perform online market research to locate companies, decision‑makers, and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track daily activities.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and collaborate with marketing to improve lead conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, telesales, lead generation or similar B2B roles.
• Experience in heavy equipment, spare parts, industrial products or related sectors is a plus.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to conduct cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
