Business Development Manager – Abu Dhabi

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share and profitability.
• Design and implement comprehensive lead‑generation strategies and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of business‑development initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department to expand market presence.
• Represent the company as its ambassador with external clients and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and business development.
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales pipeline management and B2B partnership building.
• Ability to present the company’s value proposition convincingly to partners and potential clients.
• Strong leadership, strategic vision and negotiation capabilities.
