Business Development Manager - Arabic Speaking

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for Wasael Property Management by identifying and securing new opportunities across property, hospitality and facilities services. The role requires strong client‑facing skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property management, hospitality and facilities management.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to shape growth strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations, especially with Arabic‑speaking stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical, finance, HR, procurement, IT, legal and HSE teams to design and price solutions.
• Lead costing, pricing and value‑based proposal development.
• Negotiate contracts, coordinate with finance and legal to ensure compliance and risk management.
• Track business development KPIs, maintain pipeline reports and present updates to senior management.
• Support ESG initiatives and adhere to HSE policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the service industry, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Experience in property management, facilities management or hospitality sectors.
• Exposure to tendering and government or semi‑government contracts.
• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
