Business Development Manager – CNC Machined Parts

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive sales growth for CNC‑machined components and welded fabrications across the UAE and export markets. You will be responsible for acquiring new industrial customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win UAE and export customers such as OEMs, equipment manufacturers and oil & gas companies for CNC‑machined parts and welded fabrications.
• Generate enquiries through visits, prospecting, referrals and networking, and convert them into trial orders, repeat orders and long‑term supply agreements.
• Prepare accurate technical quotations by collaborating with estimation, engineering and production teams.
• Maintain ownership of customer relationships from enquiry through delivery, handling order hand‑overs, delivery updates and payment follow‑up.
• Record all activities in the CRM, provide forecasts and monitor competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience in CNC machining, precision engineering or related subcontract manufacturing.
• Track record of winning industrial customers in the UAE and an established network of procurement/engineering contacts.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and discuss materials, machining processes, tolerances and inspection requirements.
• Commercial understanding of quotation preparation, pricing, gross margin and payment terms.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel regularly for customer visits.
