Business Development Manager – Dubai

About the role

Rino Invest Group is expanding its Spain division and seeks a motivated Business Development Manager to join the Dubai office. The role focuses on handling inbound leads from the Spain campaign, engaging prospects, and converting them into company formation clients.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound Spain campaign leads.
• Conduct outbound calls and client consultations.
• Qualify prospects and understand their business requirements.
• Book and attend online or face‑to‑face meetings.
• Explain Spain company formation services and investment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client notes.
• Follow up consistently until a clear outcome is achieved.
• Collaborate with management and the Spain team on active opportunities.
• Meet individual activity and sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, business development or customer‑facing roles (preferred).
• Knowledge of Spain company formation, residency, investment or business setup services (advantage).
• Ability to make a high volume of calls and follow‑ups daily.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Professional and presentable appearance.
