About the role

Al Manarah Insurance Services, part of Chedid Capital Group, is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Dubai branch. The role focuses on generating new business, managing a sales pipeline, and delivering tailored insurance solutions, especially for the SME segment.

Key responsibilities

Identify and convert new leads into prospects and clients.
Analyse client needs and design suitable insurance programs.
Lead negotiations and close deals.
Cross‑sell additional insurance lines to existing clients.
Maintain and develop a personal pipeline of leads.
Provide monthly reports on pipeline and business progress.
Stay informed on domestic and global insurance market developments.
Support team members and contribute to management reporting.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in UAE or GCC markets, preferably in General and Medical Insurance.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
