About the role
INGOT is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its FX and CFD brokerage in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships and supporting the company’s strategic objectives. You will work in a high‑energy environment aligned with the core values of high ethics, commitment and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry research, cold calling and pre‑arranged visits.
- Manage daily contacts with clients via phone, email or in‑person meetings, ensuring each interaction adds value.
- Handle new retail and institutional client leads, follow up diligently and retain existing clients through strategic engagement.
- Onboard new customers, convert leads into active accounts and meet company targets.
- Negotiate and close partnership deals, assessing opportunities and delivering mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain and strengthen positive business and customer relationships.
- Represent the company professionally in all external interactions.
- Recommend enhancements to products and services based on market feedback.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading mechanisms and the regulatory environment for FX and CFDs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data, identifying trends and making informed decisions.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and target‑driven attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in business development, sales or client relations within the FX, CFD or financial services industry.

- A competitive compensation package that includes commission according to the standard policy.
- Working hours from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday‑Friday (may shift to Sunday‑Thursday based on business needs).
