Business Development Manager – Dubai

About the role

FCM Travel is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new corporate travel business in Dubai. You will manage long sales cycles, from networking and tender submissions to closing deals, representing the FCM brand across the UAE and wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the FCM brand through lead generation, cold‑calling, face‑to‑face meetings and networking.
• Develop strategic plans, liaise with key stakeholders and submit competitive tenders to win contracts.
• Maintain and grow client relationships throughout the extended sales cycle, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep the business ahead of the curve.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in a corporate travel B2B environment.
• Proven track record of managing lengthy sales cycles and achieving targets.
• Experience in the Middle East, Africa or GCC region is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of tender processes and ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
