About the role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and open new markets across the UAE. The role focuses on both B2C and B2B segments, leveraging proactive outreach and partnership development.

Key responsibilities

Proactively hunt and acquire new clients across B2C and B2B segments (individuals, SMEs, e‑commerce, retail, logistics).
Identify and develop new verticals and partnership channels.
Lead negotiations and close deals end‑to‑end.
Work warm inbound leads as an additional sales stream.
Coordinate with client managers for task assignment and account oversight.
Manage the pipeline and reporting in CRM.

Required profile

2+ years of business development or active B2B/B2C sales experience.
Proven track record of independently sourcing clients.
Strong negotiator with ability to build lasting relationships.
Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Self‑starter who thrives without micromanagement.
Own car and UAE driving licence (preferred).
