Business Development Manager – Dubai, UAE

About the role

Ajax Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across the UAE from its Dubai office. You will combine deep technical knowledge of electronic security solutions with proven sales expertise to expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with market trends.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners and key clients across the region.
• Conduct market research, analyse data, and craft effective sales strategies.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare presentations, and coordinate cross‑functional delivery of products and services.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in business and sales management within the electronic security industry.
• Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret market trends and customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to engage executive‑level stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
