Business Development Manager – Facilities Management (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for a leading smart and green Facilities Management provider in the UAE. The role covers the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract conversion, and requires a strong network across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and secure new Facilities Management opportunities across the UAE.
• Generate leads, develop sector networks and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Design and execute targeted business development and account growth strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, stakeholders and partners.
• Lead client meetings, site visits, presentations, pitches and commercial negotiations.
• Support RFP/RFQ and tender processes, reviewing SOWs, KPIs, SLAs, pricing and proposed solutions.

Required profile

• University degree; MBA or further business education preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Development or Sales experience, preferably within UAE Facilities Management.
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), hard and soft FM services.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, tendering, proposals and contract negotiation.
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence; FM‑related certifications are a plus.
