Business Development Manager – F&B Consultancy

About the role

Advance Business Consultancy is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow its client base across the UAE. You will work closely with restaurant owners, investors and hospitality entrepreneurs to match their needs with our consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B and hospitality sector.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Arrange and attend meetings with restaurant owners, investors, entrepreneurs and hospitality businesses.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable consultancy services.
• Present company services and proposals to prospective clients and follow up through to closing.
• Develop and maintain a professional network within the F&B industry.
• Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or client acquisition.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, consulting or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship‑building and sales abilities.
• Confident, proactive and target‑oriented personality.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of the UAE business environment.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
