Business Development Manager – Fire & Life Safety

About the role

Ajax Systems, a leading European security‑systems manufacturer, is expanding its presence in the UAE. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth of our fire and life‑safety product portfolio across the region, operating from Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement a strategic business‑development plan for the UAE market.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners, ensuring coverage of key verticals.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and devise effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, negotiate contracts and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in fire and life‑safety or a related industry, with a proven full‑cycle sales track record.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire systems and ability to communicate complex solutions to executive‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and customer needs.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
